We're looking for an experienced Microsoft .Net Web Developer to help us deliver some exciting bespoke projects to our clients. You'll be joining a small, friendly team of developers, designers and marketing professionals who have achieved great things over the last few years and have our sights set on achieving even more.

Our new developer will be extremely competent in standard Microsoft-based technologies and implementing them in bespoke web based applications to a high standard.

We need:

  • A versatile developer who can pick up and support existing projects as well as undertake new developments
  • Someone who’s happy meeting clients and supporting customers via telephone
  • Can demonstrate skills when juggling deadlines and varying project requirements
  • Passion for web and emerging technology
  • A good understanding of UX
  • A strong team player with good initiative

Technical skills you'll need.

  • Hand-coding HTML5, CSS3 using MS Visual Studio
  • VB.Net (required)
  • Good understanding of Javascript and Json/XML
  • Good understanding of Web Forms, Web API, Entity Framework.
  • Ability to handcode SQL and also Linq.

Good to have in your locker.

  • Knowledge of PHP, C#.Net and other server-side technology
  • Knowledge of Agile Scrum processes, team foundation server and version control
  • Jquery experience
  • Wireframing capabilities
  • Software UI experience
  • Device / browser testing
  • Knowledge of Azure and Windows Server 2008/2012 + IIS7.5+
  • 2+ years' experience within a digital agency or web-based development role

Junior Web Developer

Location: Worcester
Starting Salary: Approx £16k + Benefits   
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Experience Level: Graduate

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Web Developer to join our growing team. As a graduate/trainee developer you will be part of an experienced and skilled team working on a wide variety of client websites.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Working with the development team to implement client websites through HTML5/CSS and jQuery development.
  • Utilising server side technologies such as Microsoft .Net and SQL Server to assist in developing technical foundations for websites and applications.
  • Using Content Management Systems to help deliver websites ready for client use.
  • Assisting with Testing and checking procedures.
  • Aiding the Account Managers and developers with support ticket resolution.

This is an ideal position for someone with a passion for the web, who is looking to take a step forward and advance their career.

Web Designer

Location: Worcester
Salary: Based on experience
Contract Type: Permanent
Work Experience Level: Junior


What you’ll be doing.

The successful candidate will be joining a small, friendly team of developers, designers and marketing professionals. You’ll be working on a variety of projects, for clients dotted around the country, in various industry sectors.

You’ll be comfortable taking PSDs and transforming them into cleanly coded responsive HTML ready for the dev team to work their CMS magic. You will also be in your comfort zone if asked to help out with design, so a creative flair is also a must.


What we're looking for.

  • Passion for all things web with a strong creative flair
  • Great knowledge of Bootstrap responsive principles
  • Proficiency in coding from scratch
  • A good understanding of UX
  • The ability to work on multiple projects using an agile approach to your workflow
  • A strong team player with good initiative
  • Someone who’s happy meeting clients


Technical skills you'll need.

  • Hand-coding HTML5, CSS3 using MS Visual Studio
  • Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Photoshop & Illustrator
  • A good grasp of web-fonts, Google & Adobe Typekit
