David Bloy, Marketing ManagerHi, I’m David. I’m Marketing Manager at bluebox, I head up our marketing team. It’s my role to help clients thrive in the digital world – by building and implementing Return-On-investment-focussed marketing and SEO campaigns. Before joining bluebox I worked as a management consultant for 10 years and I use the strategic thinking I honed during that time across all the work I do for my clients. Day-to-day you can find me engaged in a range of tasks- conducting user testing of websites, developing marketing strategies and action plans & meeting with clients. Aside from my management consultancy experience, I also have 20 years’ experience working in various roles in Marketing, PR and Market Research. In my time, I’ve marketed everything from theatres and fish and chip shop neon signs to the European Football Championships and a whole City (Leeds). Outside of work I enjoy nothing more than getting on my bike and taking off around the hilly roads and lanes of my home town of Malvern. I’m also a keen vegetable gardener and have now got veg growing here at bluebox HQ. |

Beth Miller, Marketing AssistantHi it's Beth here. I’ve been at bluebox since June 2015 when I started as a digital marketing apprentice. I’m now a marketing assistant and spend my time helping clients make the most of digital marketing opportunities. In practical terms that means I spend a lot of time managing client’s AdWords accounts, poring over Google Analytics data and testing websites. I joined bluebox straight from doing my A levels but I gained valuable experience of the world of work whilst studying by working part time at Next. I also worked at a cleaner at the school I was doing my A Levels – you can imagine I got teased when I bumped into student friends whilst doing my cleaning job! Away from work I love nothing better than curling up on the sofa and watching great TV. I love the big American blockbusters like Game of Thrones & Walking Dead, but I’ve been a die-hard fan of British institution Eastenders since I was a kid. It’s not all loafing though, I enjoy baking cakes and taking our lazy Cocker Spaniel Max for a leisurely saunter around the hills of Malvern (where I live). |

Jason Peachey, Account Manager & AdWords Certified ProfessionalHi I’m Jason. I joined bluebox in December 2012 as an account manager. Although many of our clients still know me for my account management role, more recently I’ve successfully qualified as a Google AdWords professional. This means I’ve been spending more of my time working on our clients' AdWords accounts. I make sure their advertising is getting the most bang for their buck. Before I joined bluebox, I worked for hosting and cloud services company Fasthosts. The experience that I gained there of the technical side of websites has been very useful in my job here. For instance, I’ve been able to help clients and colleagues with the technical aspects of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) . I’m a motorcycle nut so, when I’m not working, I try and find every opportunity to leave the car at home and instead ride out on my beloved Yamaha R1. I also enjoy keeping-fit and have been attending the gruelling Cross-Fit training for the last year. I’m getting married soon so quite a bit of time at present is spent planning for the big day! |

Steph Franklin, Administrator & PhotographerHi, I’m Steph. I’m the newest member of the team so get a fair bit of ribbing from the rest of the team. I’m the photographer here and I tackle a whole host of assignments - everything from company head shots and event shoots to exhibition and product photography. I’m also the person you’ll most likely speak to first if you contact the team as I’m also the administrator. Prior to joining bluebox, I worked as an administrator at a leading supplier of flood defence products for homes and businesses. That was my first job after having completed a degree in Photography at University of Newport When not working you are most likely to find me dangling from a climbing wall or volunteering at the local Wildlife Trust. You can also regularly find me out walking with my mum and dad’s cheeky Jack Russell & Dachshund cross Dougie. |
