In 2015 we helped re-invent the Boardman brand. In 2016 it was time to truly change the game.

We worked together in 2015 on the re-branded eCommerce store to universal acclaim and unprecedented customer buy-in. Success prompted the team to look deeper at how the web could work even harder for the brand and aspirations over the longer term.

Objective A shift in strategy to become more web focused meant a re-evaluation of processes and framework.
Business-wide analysis from internal processing, external partnerships and customer messaging were investigated along with analytic data provided by us to help the team gauge success of the website, visibility and engagement.

The data bore out that the move to eCommerce was showing great success and gave the team more confidence to build on this to become leaner and more agile for their customers.  
Strategy Utilising our current framework and creative to cost-effectively evolve the business from back to front.

Our bespoke, robust back-office systems enabled the streamlining of all aspects of their buying cycle (excuse the pun) including order processing, international sales strategies and partner interaction.

Evolving the core business also gave us an opportunity to enhance the front-end creative and visitor experience. We were keen to utilise technology that had moved on even since 2015 to further illustrate the Boardman commitment to offering their customers the best possible experience across all brand touch points.

Outcome An evolution of what has been before was delivered on time and has enabled Boardman to grasp more opportunities than ever before.

Innovations such as a custom bike builder have been added to and complex products explained with beautiful, dynamic product pages across all devices.

Boardman have got some great enhancements lined up across all aspects of the business and we can’t wait to come along for the ride.
