For over 15 years, Curtain Factory Outlet (CFO) has been selling designer fabrics to the trade and public from a cluster of shops and warehouses in Finchley in North London.
Stocking high volumes of quality fabrics and selling them at significant discounts made them an ideal candidate for an eCommerce store as they looked to increase sales coverage from the South East to the whole of the UK.
Against this competitive backdrop, staff knew that they needed a website that could gain traction quickly and get them noticed in what is an extremely crowded online space.
The team at CFO had had some poor experiences from partners and an outdated brand that was not conducive to attracting up-market retail customers.
A partner was needed to not only deliver an appropriate eCommerce store but support and advise on how to launch an effective website and increase visibility and sales.
Product pages with plenty of space given over to large images enables CFO to showcase the quality of the fabrics that it sells. We also wanted CFO's discounting credentials to be 'front and centre'. So we introduced prominent saving messaging across all parts of the website, including the homepage and product pages.
